Catalina Cerquera, Coordinadora Acad\u00e9mica del curso IGLU 2023, qui\u00e9n present\u00f3 a la conferencista, la Mg. Lucie Burgaud, Coach y Psicoterapeuta, directora de Coachestime y Consultora Organizacional.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, cedi\u00f3 el uso del micr\u00f3fono a la invitada experta, quien comenz\u00f3 su intervenci\u00f3n con una introducci\u00f3n a la autogesti\u00f3n y liderazgo. Asimismo, habl\u00f3 sobre los \u00edndices de estr\u00e9s, carga mental y burnout que existen actualmente en Latinoam\u00e9rica. Cerr\u00f3 su ponencia mencionando la importancia de la autogesti\u00f3n personal en el trabajo. Por \u00faltimo, respondi\u00f3 preguntas de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p>La Mtra.
