The Report of the Electoral Commission was approved, which appointed as new Regional Vice Presidents Joy Johnson, President and Vice-Chancellor of Simon Fraser University for the Canada region, \u00a0Alfredo de la Cruz, Rector of the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra for the Caribbean region, as well as Valerie Amiraux, Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Community Partnerships\u00a0of the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al in the role of Treasurer, the three joining the IOHE\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/en\/structure-iohe\/#board-directors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/en\/structure-iohe\/%23board-directors&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1607185087369000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEKjVqNK1_wJbsymwYUSVlshMnDMg\">Board
