{"id":17029,"date":"2024-10-04T17:12:04","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T21:12:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/?p=17029"},"modified":"2024-10-04T17:13:54","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T21:13:54","slug":"la-oui-participo-en-el-xxix-encuentro-internacional-recla-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/es\/la-oui-participo-en-el-xxix-encuentro-internacional-recla-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"La OUI particip\u00f3 en el XXIX Encuentro Internacional RECLA 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Universitaria Interamericana (OUI) particip\u00f3 en el XXIX Encuentro Internacional RECLA 2024, con el <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taller \u201cLiderazgo \u00c1gil en la Educaci\u00f3n Continua en las IES\u00bb que imparti\u00f3 la Directora Acad\u00e9mica, Leticia Jim\u00e9nez PhD y en el que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expuso los retos y caracter\u00edsticas de este enfoque, as\u00ed c\u00f3mo los beneficios y buenos resultados que ha tenido. Tambi\u00e9n, realiz\u00f3 un ejercicio significativo para identificar el estilo del liderazgo de los participantes del taller. Por otra parte, abord\u00f3 el t\u00e9rmino del liderazgo en red y sus caracter\u00edsticas y finaliz\u00f3 reflexionando sobre la importancia de ser un buen l\u00edder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XXIX EncuentroInternacional RECLA 2024<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, organizado por la Red de Educaci\u00f3n Continua de Latinoam\u00e9rica y Europa (RECLA), la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa y la Universidad Ricardo Palma, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en Lima, Per\u00fa del 1 al 4 de octubre de 2024. Este evento reuni\u00f3 a diferentes l\u00edderes, gestores, investigadores y expertos internacionales en educaci\u00f3n continua, d\u00f3nde el tema principal fue el <\/span><b>l<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iderazgo \u00e1gil y transformador en la educaci\u00f3n continua, se abordaron tem\u00e1ticas como la innovaci\u00f3n, la adaptaci\u00f3n de los programas educativos y la creaci\u00f3n de valor en las instituciones. Adem\u00e1s, se realizaron talleres y sesiones de networking, que facilitaron la colaboraci\u00f3n interuniversitaria y la discusi\u00f3n sobre herramientas para mejorar la educaci\u00f3n
