{"id":2698,"date":"2016-05-24T17:00:16","date_gmt":"2016-05-24T21:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/genero-y-liderazgo-universitario-diplomado\/"},"modified":"2019-01-10T12:14:38","modified_gmt":"2019-01-10T17:14:38","slug":"genre-leadership-universitaire-diplome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/fr\/genre-leadership-universitaire-diplome\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9but de la 3e \u00e9dition du Dipl\u00f4me sur le Genre et le Leadership universitaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La<strong> 3<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition du Dipl\u00f4me sur le Genre et le Leadership universitaire a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 27 avril 2016.<\/strong> Ce programme est une initiative du <em>Coll\u00e8ge des Am\u00e9riques (COLAM) de l\u2019Organisation universitaire interam\u00e9ricaine (OUI)<\/em> et de l\u2019<em>Espace des femmes leaders des Institutions d\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur des Am\u00e9riques (EMULIES).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour cette \u00e9dition nous comptons sur la participation de 12 femmes de l\u2019Argentine, du Chili, de la Colombie, du Costa Rica, du Mexique et du P\u00e9rou.<\/p>\n<p>Le but de ce programme est de fournir un cadre conceptuel solide et des outils pratiques pour int\u00e9grer la perspective de genre dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et d\u00e9velopper des habilet\u00e9s et des comp\u00e9tences pour d\u00e9finir, mettre en place et monitorer des strat\u00e9gies professionnelles et institutionnelles qui promeuvent une participation effective des femmes dans la prise de d\u00e9cisions et la gestion transformatrice de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La 3e \u00e9dition du Dipl\u00f4me sur le Genre et le Leadership universitaire a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 27 avril 2016.
