Catalina Cerquera, Coordenadora Acad\u00eamica do curso IGLU 2023, que apresentou o palestrante, Mg. Lucie Burgaud, Coach e Psicoterapeuta, diretora do Coachestime e Consultora Organizacional.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, cedeu o uso do microfone \u00e0 convidada especialista, que iniciou sua interven\u00e7\u00e3o com uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 autogest\u00e3o e lideran\u00e7a. Da mesma forma, falou sobre os \u00edndices de estresse, carga mental e esgotamento que existem atualmente na Am\u00e9rica Latina. Ele encerrou sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o mencionando a import\u00e2ncia da autogest\u00e3o pessoal no trabalho. Por fim, ele respondeu \u00e0s perguntas dos participantes.<\/p>\n<p>A Sra.
