{"id":2533,"date":"2016-03-15T17:00:41","date_gmt":"2016-03-15T21:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/iglu-atelier-internationalisation\/"},"modified":"2019-01-10T09:34:41","modified_gmt":"2019-01-10T14:34:41","slug":"iglu-workshop-internacionalizacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oui-iohe.org\/pt-br\/iglu-workshop-internacionalizacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop IGLU : &#8220;Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apreciativa e Desenho da Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Universit\u00e1ria Interamericana [OUI], atrav\u00e9s de seu Instituto de Gest\u00e3o e Lideran\u00e7a Universit\u00e1rias [IGLU], levou a cabo no \u00faltimo dia 25 de fevereiro de 2016, na <em>Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico<\/em>, <em>Recinto Arecibo<\/em>, o <em>Workhsop<\/em> Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apreciativa e Desenho da Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que contou com 57 participantes entre reitores, vice-presidentes associados, decanos, diretores, coordenadores, professores, estudantes e pessoal administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>No semin\u00e1rio estiveram representados tr\u00eas pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica latina: Brasil, Col\u00f4mbia e Porto Rico.<\/p>\n<p>O Semin\u00e1rio esteve a cargo do Dr. Miguel Escala, diretor executivo do IGLU, quem abordou o tema de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apreciativa no Ensino superior, que constitui uma ferramenta, uma metodologia e inclusive uma filosofia para desenhar e alcan\u00e7ar as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es que as universidades requerem para ajustar-se ao s\u00e9culo 21 e \u00e0s demandas da internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Este semin\u00e1rio constitui uma continua\u00e7\u00e3o da iniciativa desenvolvida pelo Dr. Escala na Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, em 2015, sob a responsabilidade da Dra.
