The Inter-American Organization for Higher Education (IOHE) participated in the XXIX RECLA 2024 International Meeting, with the workshop “Agile Leadership in Continuing Education in HEIs” given by the Academic Director, Leticia Jiménez PhD, in which she explained the challenges and characteristics of this approach, as well as the benefits and good results it has had. She also conducted a meaningful exercise to identify the leadership style of the workshop participants. He also discussed the term network leadership and its characteristics and concluded by reflecting on the importance of being a good leader.

The XXIX RECLA 2024 International Meeting, organized by the Continuing Education Network of Latin America and Europe (RECLA), the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the Universidad Ricardo Palma, was held in Lima, Peru from October 1 to 4, 2024. This event brought together different leaders, managers, researchers and international experts in continuing education, where the main theme was agile and transformative leadership in continuing education, addressing topics such as innovation, adaptation of educational programs and value creation in institutions. In addition, workshops and networking sessions were held, which facilitated inter-university collaboration and the discussion of tools to improve continuing education.
