CAEI UNITED STATES - 2023

Introduction
The eighth edition of the Conference of the Americas on International Education (CAIE) took place from November 6 to 8, 2023. Its main theme was: ‘The future is now’.
The dynamic inter-American community that has built the foundations of this innovative initiative is comprised of Government leaders, university presidents and other senior administrative faculty, academics and researchers, directors of international relations and university organizations at national, regional, inter-American and international levels, totaling:

Speakers
With its main theme, The Future is Now, CAIE-2023 invited higher education institutions (HEIs) and international education professionals to take a closer look at the challenges of our post-pandemic reality, the urgent need to address climate change, the social and economic problems of migratory flows taking place in our continent and other regions of the world, and see the opportunity to apply the creativity and ingenuity of our sector to promote regional, national and international research and academic collaborations, develop global talent and educate professional experts as we advance innovative solutions to the international sustainable development agenda.
Exhibitors
In the eighth edition of CAEI, 34 educational, governmental, private and international institutions actively participated in the CAEI-2023 Expo, 26 of which were part of the event. Among them were EduCanada, Quebec, The Forum, Altissia, SofiaU, TIEC, iCENT APP, Turnitin, CSN, UNLV, Education USA and China Education Association for International (CEAIE), among many others.
All these institutions were able to interact with 700 participants who attended the three-day event and represented 31 countries.
Webinars 2023
The Conference of the Americas on International Education (CAIE) offers a series of webinars in each edition and invites the entire higher education community, as well as representatives from the public, private, and civil society sectors to participate in various conversations on innovation and internationalization of higher education.
