Within the framework of the beginning of the Module II Knowledge Management of the IGLU Course, the Conference “The university link: an international perspective” (“La vinculación universitaria: una mirada internacional”) was held.
The opening of the conference included the welcoming words of Dr. Leticia Jiménez, IOHE Academic Director, who introduced the speaker, Dr. Victoria Galán, Director of Research and Analysis of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education.
Subsequently, she handed over the use of the microphone to the expert guest, who began her intervention with an introduction to university linkage, exposed the new models that exist for linked universities and innovation ecosystems. Likewise, she spoke about the linking areas and activities and closed her presentation by mentioning cases of good practices by international universities. Lastly, she answered questions from the participants.
Dr. Jiménez ended with the thanks and farewell to our guest for the excellent conference and the participants.
This event is part of the virtual IGLU Course 2023, which is made up of modules:

In this edition, we have 60 participants, mainly directors and managers of 31 Higher Education Institutions from Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
