The International Congress on Knowledge and Innovation (CIKI 2024) is the main event in America on Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, Intellectual Capital and Innovation Management. Over the years, it has established itself as a space where researchers, academics, graduate students, leaders and innovation managers share ideas and experiences internationally.
Under the theme “Developing Resilient Innovation Ecosystems: The Role of Knowledge Management”, the 14th version of CIKI 2024 brought together experts and leaders from around the world to explore how knowledge management contributes to the creation of resilient innovation ecosystems.
Through lectures, panels, case studies, and interactive sessions, the congress examined how organizations can leverage knowledge, foster creativity, and adapt agilely to drive continuous innovation and business resilience.
This event was organized by the Inter-American Organization for Higher Education (IOHE), the Departamento de Ingeniería y Gestión de Conocimiento (EGC) of the Universidad Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) and the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL).
It was a dynamic platform to share innovative ideas, experiences, and strategies in the field of knowledge management and innovation.
The 2024 version of the International Congress on Knowledge and Innovation had the following main objectives:
- Strengthen the capacity of organizations to adapt and respond in an agile manner to changes in the environment, thus promoting business resilience and the capacity for continuous innovation.
2. Create a space for exchange where business leaders, academics and innovators can share their experiences, success stories and lessons learned in the implementation of knowledge management strategies aimed at innovation, thus enriching collective knowledge and promoting organizational learning.
3. Promote the co-creation of innovative solutions and the construction of strategic alliances that drive the development of resilient innovation ecosystems at local and regional levels.
